KiwiBIM Security

Updated: January 1, 2026

KiwiBIM is designed to provide a secure environment for handling project documentation and AI-based analysis. Our security approach focuses on access protection, data protection, and resilient system operations.

Enterprise-grade security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS)
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Role-based access control
  • Customer data ownership

Infrastructure Security

KiwiBIM operates on modern cloud infrastructure. The application and database run on managed services, typically including Vercel and Supabase.

  • encrypted transport
  • regular backups
  • infrastructure redundancy
  • operational monitoring

Data Protection

  • HTTPS / TLS encrypted transport
  • secure database access
  • project-level data isolation
  • access controls and auditable actions

AI Processing

KiwiBIM may use AI providers to process documents. Processing is purpose-limited: documents are used to generate analysis outputs for the specific project.

Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded documents. KiwiBIM does not sell customer documents and does not use them for marketing purposes.
